i Some of the the information on this site has been gained and modified from third party sites which are not under the control of Brian. Brian is not required to ensure the timeliness of information updated to the Shooting Gear site and is not respnsible for the information, accuracy, or completeness of information on third party sites that are not under his control.
ii. Brian is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of information on the Shooting Gear site which has been gathered, in good faith and with permission, from third party sites, this information is provided for your convenience.
3. Shooting Gear Information
i. Information provided on the Shooting Gear site is provided for your convenience. It is not the full and extensive product information which can be obtained directly from each manufacturer (or brand) and is not intended in any way to mis-inform customers or mispresent products, it is provided for customer's convenience only.
ii. Because there may be non-criticial information which is not available on the Shooting Gear website, Brian encourages and requires all customers to call him before ordering so that he has the opportunity to relay any additional information.

i. These terms acknowledge that Brian is a person operating to the best of his ability and knowledge. Brian does not claim to know everything there is to know about shooting gear and shooting products and a reasonable degree of human error is to be expected.
ii. Brian takes no resonsibility for information gathered by the customers own research. Brian will operate based on the best extent of his knowledge, the information made available to him through supplier websites and information which is reasonable to expect to gather from research. Customers are expected to do the same.
6. Operating Hours
i. Although the Shooting Gear website is available 24/7 Brian and/or any of his suppliers are only available during working hours. Brian will do his best to respond to any queries promptly, but does not guarantee your request will be dealt with or ordered immediately. If you have an urgent matter, please Phone Brian and state so in the message.
7. Shipping and Supply
i. Most of the products sold by Brian and listed on the Shooting Gear website are shipped directly from his Stock, or Local and International Suppliers. Brian will do his best to provide an accurate estimate of arrival date and delivery times, but does not make any guarantee's as this process is managed solely by a third party over which he does not have control.
ii. All shipping costs will be quoted by Brian and will differ for every order. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed as a condition of a product guarantee.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
i. The information, software, products and services in or available through the Shooting Gear website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.
ii. Products shown are not to scale and colours may not be accurately represented.
iii. Brian makes no guarantees to the availability of stock until he has checked with his suppliers.
