MEC PRODUCT WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (“MEC”) disclaims any warranties, whether express or implied, if a MEC product (“Product”) (i) has been modified; (ii) has not been properly installed, maintained or operated in accordance with all MEC instructions and within the limits of rated and normal operating conditions; or (iii) has defects, noncomformities or other failure due to Product misuse or abuse or other causes outside MEC’s control. Under no circumstances is MEC responsible for the use of any after market items that result in Product malfunction. The user of a MEC Product is responsible for all shipping, labor and parts for non-warranty work. THE WARRANTIES EXTENDED BY MEC AND ANY SUCH ADDITIONAL WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, TO THE EXTENT AGREED TO IN WRITING BY MEC, ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
